On Friday, December 17th, 2021 the California Valley Miwok Tribe made a very late delivery to its Food For Tribal Families Program Director, Mildred Burley. The reason for such a late delivery is that the Central California Agency Bureau of Indian Affairs is once again trying to steal the tribe and disregard the wishes of the tribes duly elected government and its citizenship in protecting the tribes sovereignty and wishing to just be left alone without illegal interference regarding the tribes internal matters or its citizens.

The BIA wishes to reorganize the tribe, disenroll all current tribal citizens and install never federally recognized, never enrolled individuals who have agreements to empower a San Francisco based U.S. Senator and her billionaire husband and other bay area oligarchs and bad actors, in acquiring the rights to and building the most mega entertainment construction project in Northern California within the bay area to dominate the Indian Gaming industry.

This has once again consumed the lives of all tribal citizens and has greatly impacted scheduling on important matters such as this program.

It is condescending that the tribe was invited, vetted and attended the recent White House Tribal Nations Summit held during Native American Heritage Month all the while some in the government and even in attendance were plotting the very end of the existence of  this tribe.

Making matters worse, the very senator who for over a decade has been trying to steal this tribe, used to correspond with us with greetings during the holidays each year while being involved in the plot to cash in on the second California gold rush at our expense while throwing us, our rights and heritage under the bus, talk about the proverbial knife in the back!

The tribe looks forward to endless litigation, draining of personal and tribal resources and continued lack of funding for programs to the detriment of disenfranchised tribal citizens and service area Native Americans alike.

For the alternative is to cease to exist as all these bad actors have long wished upon us.

However negatively the United States government has allowed this continuing situation to hurt our tribe and its citizens, all the Native Americans that were underserved by programs we could provide and the many programs they made sure that we were not able to provide, there still is much to be grateful for this holiday season.

We are grateful for the food assistance from the United States Department of Agriculture, the California Office of Emergency Services, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Walmart Stores Inc., Food For Less Stores Inc., Cost Less Stores Inc., Morada and its surrounding communities, All those tribal and volunteers who gave and purchased additional items, Program Director Mildred Burley and a special thanks to Ms. Noella Teele.

Also the architect of deceit to which all involved have bought into his game plan and consciously or unwittingly are pawns in which he relies upon to do his bidding, when he revealed all to an undercover investor in an additional link provided below at californiavalleymiwok.us/index.php/everone-ludwig-audio-archive/ then click on the Everone/Ludwig Audio Archive on the left hand side of page.

Thank you all and we wish you the merriest of holidays and hope for a great new year,
