Tribal Offices, Tribal Land, Avenida Central, La Grange, Ca. 95329

On Sunday, July 23rd, 2023, the California Valley Miwok Tribe resumed its deliveries under the Food For Tribal Families Program.
There was a pause in the previous month of June due to extensive remodeling at the distribution location, which included the removal of the entire interior floor.
This month however more than makes up for it and even under extreme heat during the delivery, all food items gathered were successfully delivered to the tribal distribution site.
Included in this month’s delivery were among other items, berries, cherries, grapes, plums, bagels, breads, frozen dinners and side entrees, waffles, cereals, milk, cheeses, canned fruits and vegetables, tea, coffee, creamers, bison, roasts, walleye, frozen fish, chicken, tamale, etc.

Programs like this were initiated by the tribe for the tribal citizens who have been wholly ignored by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the malfeasance and disregard they hold for the tribe’s government and its citizens. The Bureau of Indian Affairs and its local Sacramento offices in general care not for the tribe’s sovereign rights and have made sure to deny any assistance through them even though the tribe is recognized on the list of federally
recognized tribal entities to receive service. The BIA is awarded a yearly amount by congress for this tribe that they steal, misappropriate and use for
whatever personal means they may have.

Legally they are not allowed to disenfranchise a federal tribe nor steal and re-appropriate the tribes allocated funding. The tribe wishes that there were some way to end its funding and be emancipated as to never have to deal with this worthless government entity again. As they only cost us every time they try to steal the tribe to either remake us in their corrupt image or hand us over to Senator Dianne Feinstein so she can build her mega casino in the bay area.

Congress as an act of mercy should just terminate us, or terminate our relationship with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and make us a direct ward of congress,
or at the very least investigate the BIA and their actions regarding this tribe, withholding any monies until such time as investigation is concluded.

At this time the tribe would like to thank all listed below who work with and support the tribe with the actual knowledge and intellect to know who is and what designates a federal tribe.

THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, THE CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES, COSTLESS STORES INC.,
FOOD FOR LESS STORES INC., WALMART STORES INC., THE GROCERY OUTLET INC., THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, THE COMMUNITY OF MORADA AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS AND TO OUR PROGRAM DIRECTOR MILDRED BURLEY.

THANK YOU ALL,
THE CALIFORNIA VALLEY MIWOK TRIBE
