On August, 28th 2017, the California Valley Miwok Tribe went old-school and delivered this month’s donated groceries to tribal elder Mildred Burley. Mildred is an indispensable asset to the Tribe conducting the oversight of distributions throughout the Mother Lode to those families most in need.
This month has been extremely hard on the official members of CVMT and so we at the tribal office would like to especially thank the local citizens of the Morada community for their continued support and to our elder Mildred Burley for her participation within this program, her dedication to the Tribe and concern for its members well being.
