Recently, a legal memorandum that pertains to issues very current in ‘Indian country’ was initiated by the Indian law firm of Rosette LLP.

The Tribe is posting this memorandum because it is also supported by authentic documents (legally obtained), that fully support the foundation of the legal arguments represented in the memorandum.

The Tribe continues to receive correspondence in various communications too numerous to adequately respond to, so in an attempt to satisfy requests, the Tribe is making this document and corresponding evidence available to give more transparency and understanding on these very issues that affect all within Indian country.
