This month’s USDA Food Distribution was held Monday the 16th of September 2024. Good weather, lots of good food, nice breeze and clear skies.
At this time, lawsuits and corresponding legal documents filed. Local criminals at the BIA trying to create fact from fiction and make Pretendians real Indians.
Life however must go on and as a tribe, we must continue to service our programs for the betterment of all who have come to depend upon these services.
Other tribes take note though, the BIA has used the (CDIB) (Certificate Degree of Indian Blood) card, that has never been accepted or has passed muster except for their personal in office use, they now in violation of federal law have used it to create a tribal body of Non-recognized / Non tribally affiliated people to make them federally recognized and to then use them in an attempt to steal a federally recognized tribe and to replace its organized government. This can easily be done to any of you to backfill your tribal roles at the whim of a BIA bureaucrat if successful, because it will now have standing, if allowed to stand.
You are not as big as the federal government, do not kid yourselves into thinking this could never happen to you. Perfect example, how secure are the borders of our country? Your borders into your sovereignty and authority over your own memberships are now just as open.
Stay vigilant, stay aware and stay informed.
The BIA by their very definition are acting as domestic terrorists and re-invading our lands as modern day colonialists.
Until such time, as they can try futilely to dispose of and eliminate the people and their elected leadership of this great tribe, we will continue to service within our sovereign authority what the U.S. government and this criminal department have forgotten of the laws of sovereignty that they are supposed to abide by.
