Tribal Offices, Tribal Land, La Grange, Ca. 95329

On Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, the California Valley Miwok Tribe delivered this month’s food allotments to its program Director, Mildred Burley.
A nice assortment of foods and specialties to satisfy different tastes and still provide the nutrition needed made this another hall mark delivery.

At this time, the tribe is still awaiting word as to its recent filings, but whatever decisions are made, it will matter not in the long run, because the tribe is well prepared for another endless years run on either protecting its current citizenship and governmental status, or overturning all criminal actions the BIA may try to implement in the meantime.

This also includes any judges who exercise comprehension issues of the subject matter by exercising the appeals process and beyond.

All federally recognized Native American tribes, take note: if, by any chance, we are ever to be unsuccessful in this matter, a process that could never pass public comment since the mid-1980s will be legitimized by its implementation, and could, in the future, be used against any one of you to backfill your membership rolls with whomever a disgruntled BIA bureaucrat decides to place within your tribe.

IT IS NOW TIME FOR ALL TRIBES TO COME FORWARD AGAINST THE MIS-USE OF THE VERY DOCUMENT YOU ALL HAVE PREVIOUSLY REJECTED, THE (CDIB) CERTIFICATE DEGREE INDIAN BLOOD CARD, THAT YOU ALL HAVE PREVIOUSLY REJECTED BEING USED HERE FOR AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PURPOSE.

TO CREATE PRETENDIANS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC, GIVE THEM FEDERAL RECOGNITION FROM THE BIA, THEN TAKE YOUR TRIBE AND DISENROLL YOU FROM IT.

START PACKING YOUR BAGS.

We are still the tribe, will act as such, and no one will tell us differently, and so, we want to give special thanks to all those listed below for their continued support.

The United States Department of Agriculture, The Red Lake Nation of Minnesota, Food For Less Stores Inc. Walmart Stores Inc. The Grocery Outlet Stores Inc. Costless Stores Inc. The city of Morada and its surrounding communities and all others for their efforts and dedication not listed here.

THANK YOU ALL,
THE CALIFORNIA VALLEY MIWOK TRIBE
