Tribal Offices, Tribal Land, Avenida Central, La Grange, Ca. 95329

This month’s USDA Food Distribution was held on Thursday the 17th of October 2024. It was a cool clear day and much was delivered.

The tribe suffered an indignity due to a federal judge violating the tribe’s rights to a hearing or a decision within the legal limits of such on a preliminary injunction request whereas her court had to be notified it had been filed. A filing in her court that was ignored and overlooked leaving tribal attorney’s to nudge the court as to what was going on when the deadline had long since passed.

The court of Judge Chutkan and her staff were so incompetent and obsessing over the case of Donald Trump in her court that she violated not only our rights but others in her quest to circumvent and also violate a candidate’s active national campaign.

It matters not, this is just the first step in a string of litigation’s that will carry on for years and be taken to courts far above her elementary standing.

The real story here is about the legitimate and productive actors that interact with the tribe, empowering our government and helping to make this food program a continued success.
