Tribal Offices, Tribal Land, Avenida Central, La Grange, Ca. 95329
On Sunday, October 20th, 2024, the California Valley Miwok Tribe delivered this month’s distribution to its Program Director, Mildred Burley.
There was quite the abundance of food this month, as we are getting into the holiday season, and many were charitable in wanting to help the tribe provide for its duly enrolled members.
This service is just months away from entering its 16th year of servicing tribal citizens and their families. Currently, the local BIA, trying to fabricate a coup with their group of “tribal pretendians,” has passed their own constitution, which is not recognized and will be thrown out, as there are currently five lawsuits against them from three law firms and the tribe has, and still operates under, a resolution form of government that has existed for decades, long recognized by both local, state, and federal governments and agencies.
Judge Chutkan, longing to dismiss all cases before her, has transferred our case, after her many judicial improprieties, to another court and is releasing, just days before an election, documents in an attempt to adversely affect a presidential election in the most blatant attempt at judicial election interference ever attempted within this nation.
Just another foreign-born colonialist who hails from Jamaica, she has no issue violating the first nations’ rights of indigenous peoples, but seemingly also has no respect for the commonly held rule of refraining from derogatory legal intrusion within the 60-day rule of a current election. Why should she? It is not her custom; she was not American-born and was given her judgeship, obviously, for reasons other than merit.
Enough of her negativity and unprofessionalism, unbecoming a federal judge. She does not have the power to destroy a tribe or stop our feeding, caring, and program-providing any more than the local BIA, whose meritless and criminal intrusions will soon be brought out and exposed in the numerous litigations pending.
Now, let us end this story with positivity through pictures and those listed below who have done the right thing, the ethical thing, the moral thing, and, most of all, the legal thing in regards to this tribe and its citizens, which the likes of this judge and the local BIA are too contemptible to understand.
A special thank you to real Americans and those institutions that endeavor to act in the American spirit, listed below:
The United States Department of Agriculture, The Red Lake Nation of Minnesota, Food For Less Stores Inc., The Grocery Outlet Stores Inc., Walmart Stores Inc., Costless Stores Inc., the great city of Morada and its surrounding communities, and all those individuals not listed here who make people helping people a continued success.
