This month’s USDA Food Distribution was held on Monday, November 18th, 2024. It was actually a cold but clear day, with just a scattering of clouds.
It was a good distribution with plenty due to the holiday season, and even turkeys were included in many distributions.

On the legal front the tribes cases have now been consolidated under Judge Cobb and the tribe although weary of the competence of her court knows it is just the first step in the process of initial litigation.

Judge Chutkan, in an attempt to violate the tribe’s rights to foundational timelines and procedures and weaponize her court for election interference against President-elect Donald Trump, failed incompetently in her quest. He resoundingly won not only the electoral vote but also the majority vote, along with every classified swing state in the election.

We are now faced with both of our litigation being held by one judge, which is not the best position to be in if that judge has previously shown a lack of understanding of the nuances of federal Indian law, or the proper education, knowledge, or understanding of the sovereign nation status of federally recognized American Indian tribes and their inherent rights under federal law.

So, included below, in an open generic letter, is a document clarifying for the many local, state, and federal governments and various departments to which mailings were addressed the issues they could face or the responsibilities that they would endure should they ever initiate to work with the local BIA-created “tribal pretendians,” who have no tribal recognition or authority to represent or act on behalf of the tribe, as they have never even applied to the tribe for citizenship, or let alone completed the process.

This would be a very hazardous endeavor to undertake, with five pending lawsuits currently against the BIA and their recent criminal actions.

BIA DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENROLL OR DISENROLL CITIZENS OF ANY ACTIVE FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED TRIBE, NOR DO THEY
HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CREATE A NEW TRIBE AND RECOGNIZE IT OR TAKE AWAY AN EXISTING FEDERAL TRIBE’S RECOGNITION.

THAT POWER LIES STRICTLY WITH THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS.
