On Friday, November 22nd, 2024, the California Valley Miwok Tribe delivered this month’s distribution to its program director, Mildred Burley.
The food delivered, due to the holidays, was probably the most yet in 2024 and is shown in multiple pictures both early in the day starting out and by special lighting at night because of such a late delivery.
At this time, with the kangaroo court of Jester Chutkan behind us, we are awaiting what will be if the court of Judge Cobb decides to work with the Department of Injustice (DOJ) and stays everything prejudicially, or shows an actual understanding of the cases before her and rightfully allows one case that could be filed by any citizen of a federally recognized tribe to move forward (CDIB), and stays the additional case that the tribe is in agreement could be stayed as a matter of law.
Again, this is the initial and most preliminary of moments in either case, as all cases are destined to go to higher courts by either side once a final judgement is given.
Only enlightening situation is with the incoming administration, its appointees and the (DOGE) headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, these corrupt government hacks that work at the (DOJ) may be out of a job before cases are concluded, due to their current employment being a waste of taxpayer funds.
Story is best told in picture and with a special thanks to all those below who continue to give and support the real tribal citizen families of the California Valley Miwok Tribe.
The United States Department of Agriculture, The Red Lake Nation of Minnesota, Food For Less Stores Inc., Walmart Stores Inc., The Grocery Outlet Stores Inc., Costless Stores Inc., The great city of Morada and its surrounding communities, All others not personally listed and our Program Director, Mildred Burley.
