Tribal Offices, Tribal Land, Avenida central, La Grange, Ca. 95329

On Thursday, June 25th, 2024, the California Valley Miwok Tribe fulfilled the June delivery of the month’s Food For Tribal Families distribution.
This month saw a wide array of nutritious foods, tasty snacks and essentials. This program grows ever more successful year in and year out and is a major asset in addressing the needs of tribal young and old alike due in part to the incompetence and villainous actions taken against the tribe and her peoples by local BIA.

With the overturning of the (Chevron) doctrine in the case, (Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo) on June 28th 2024, By the Supreme Court of the United States, the days of the repeated violations against not only the tribe’s sovereign rights, but citizen’s individual civil and constitutional rights by the domestic terrorist organization known as the Bureau of Indian affairs, better known by native Americans as the (Bureau of Indian Atrocities), is about to end in all matters where they try to feloniously argue ambiguity. Federal judges and not the BIA will now and rightfully so decide as a matter of law.

Local cultural tribe stealer and all around just bad person Amy Dutschke, Regional Director of this criminal organization in an attempt to outrun and conclude the heinous action of sedition against the tribe before our day in court seeks to warp speed the process.

Amy along with named defendants Bryan Newland and Deb Haaland are all about to find themselves in court and not their usual country club swapping stories of who they screwed today and how they got away with it. It is high time for their high crimes that these despots are held accountable.

The story of the delivery is best told through the accompanying pictures included in this story and the tribe wishes to thank all those listed below as without community the tribe would be labored to be able to provide this assistance.

The United States Department of Agriculture, The Red Lake Nation of Minnesota, Food For Less Stores Inc, Costless Stores Inc, Walmart Stores Inc,
The Grocery Outlet Stores Inc, Morada and its surrounding communities, all those who participate to make this a monthly, yearly and now a
decade success. To our Program Director and tribal elder Mildred Burley, who at 87 is the oldest full blood, fluent speaking, culturally knowledgeable,
universally known, enrolled citizen who has long represented our tribe.

If Dutschke and her like were truly native Americans themselves, they would be ashamed to commit these heinous acts against such a tribal elder and national treasure.

THANK YOU ALL,
THE CALIFORNIA VALLEY MIWOK TRIBE
