The California Valley Miwok Tribe held its USDA Food Distribution on Monday, June 14th, 2021. It was another good distribution with a large variety of frozen, canned and dry goods.

California is now opening up, so the varieties of foods that make for a great picnic or weekend camping trip are appreciated by all that are recipients of this program.

We cautioned everyone about safety, though Covid and its new variants are still a reality and in some form become the new norm.

These tribal government sponsored distributions are a real help to not only our citizens but for those we serve in the greater Native American community and so we would like to thank those listed below for the government to government relationship that we enjoy.

The United States Department of Agriculture, The Tule River Tribe, also Tule River Tribe’s Food Distribution Department and Specialist’s Ronald Buckman and Naz for always making sure our monthly deliveries are unimpeded.
