Tribal Offices, Tribal Land, Avenida Central, La Grange, Ca. 95329

This month’s USDA food distribution was held on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025. This was the first distribution of the new year for a program that was first initiated in 2009 in response to the local Bureau of Indian Affairs ceasing their trust responsibilities, criminally trying to extort the tribe in an effort to pierce the veil of sovereign immunity from outside interference, even in regard to themselves, as many were involved in the pay-for-play scheme of the now-deposed leadership of Chadd Everone and the subsequent death of his enabler, Senator Dianne Feinstein.

The decades-long battle initiated by these two culprits, along with others, was a second California gold rush in which the tribe and her peoples would be made extinct, whereas they would then create their own tribal pretendians and build the biggest entertainment and gaming venue in the state of California, within multiple proposed sites in the Bay Area.

As this unraveled, with the deaths of former chairman Yakima Dixie, who admitted under deposition in 2012 that he did in fact resign and did in fact cast his vote for current chairperson Silvia Burley, the dismissal of the main facilitator at BIA, former superintendent Troy Burdick, and the subsequent death of corrupted government official Senator Dianne Feinstein, the local BIA—ever the opportunists—took advantage of the situation so they themselves could steal the tribe in a grandiose scheme to create a fictitious tribe made up of tribal pretendians, over which they would exert control and direction like some kind of freak of nature, Frankenstein’s monster.

In trying to do this, though, they have violated, misrepresented, and ran roughshod over the facts and the tribe’s sovereign and civil rights.

As of this moment, there is a new sheriff in town, and what they were empowered and allowed to do by incompetent and tribal-violating DEI dilettantes such as Deb Haaland and Bryan Newland will no longer soon be tolerated as a matter of law and in accordance with federal regulations.

All those now known to also visit this site, who are part of this attempted grandiose perpetration of the theft of a federally recognized, never terminated, and organized-through-resolution form of government tribe known as the California Valley Miwok Tribe, take note: the struggle has gone on for 27 years, and many before you previously tried and failed. You would be a fool to think that it would be so easy. Talk to your masters at the local BIA and ask them as to the reason you are in purgatory.

It is a great day in America, and the shadow that has hung over this nation for the last four years is dissipating, with rays of the light of truth, justice, and transparency shining through, which most assuredly will continue to undo the criminality perpetrated against this tribe and continue to strengthen our resolve and standing as we, as a nation, continue steadfast into a better future.

The greatness and continuing service of this program are best told through the accompanying pictures, with great appreciation to all entities listed below.

The United States Department of Agriculture, The Red Lake Nation of Minnesota, The California Offices of Emergency Services, The Federal Emergency Management Agency, The Army Corps of Engineers, The California Department of Justice, The Tule River Tribe, The Tule River Food Distribution Department, Assistant Director/Program Provider Ronald Buckman, and special thanks to Director Richard McDarment (the legend).

THANK YOU ALL,
THE CALIFORNIA VALLY MIWOK TRIBE
