On Saturday, January 27th, 2024, the California Valley Miwok Tribe (Food For Tribal Families) delivery was made to Mildred Burley, the program’s Director.
This was an auspicious start to the new year for this program, with a very well socked selection of items in this initial delivery.
This program actually initiated during 2016 will have been serving tribal families every month without fail for eight years within the next few months.
The tribe is proud of its successes and that it has played an intricate part of addressing the nutritional needs of tribal families over that time that local BIA services were severed, due to the tribe’s resilience to the interference concocted by them against the tribe’s government and its enrolled citizens.
Even now local corrupt BIA officials seek to usurp the trial government and its enrolled citizens, using illegal tactics and means and playing upon the hopes of one former group that they themselves had previously exited under the Feinstein doctrine. These same people are in a group now also participated in by the Feinstein faction in which to secure the tribe. This group is again the source of current litigation and when they are exited under a current A.P.A. action, it will
leave the Feinstein faction alone to then build the biggest entertainment venue in the bay area.
Or so they think. Current evidence and history is being produced in a filing that should on its merit stop all interference and begin to start the tribe whole.
Rolling back years of obstruction and criminal history against the tribe and her citizens by the corrupt government officials, bay area oligarchs and individuals
of no merit or tribal affiliation who for many years now have tried to steal the tribe for personal financial gain.
We will see you all very soon in a laborious setting of litigation where all will be revealed, so continue to do your worst and we will continue to do our best.
This food delivery is best described in the many pictures accompanying this story.
At this time, we would also like to thank all those involved listed below who have contributed to the success of this program for all these years.
The United States Department of Agriculture, Costless Stores Inc, Food For Less Stores Inc, The Grocery Outlet Inc, Walmart Stores Inc, Morada and its surrounding communities, all those who contribute their time, financial resources and donation pick up; and especially to Program Director Mildred Burley
who continues to be a source of inspiration and symbol of defiance against those who continually oppress her tribe.
