The California Valley Miwok Tribe has had current discussions over the future of public transportation in our service area which includes the San Joaquin Regional Transit district. Ms. Coreen Paul brought these issues to the tribe’s attention and in working with her, the tribe is including informational links provided below to increase public awareness and invite public participation.
Public participation is greatly needed to address concerns and incorporate ideas to better serve our greater community. At issue is the RTD Next Gen study. There will be an upcoming virtual open house on Wednesday, March 31st from 5:30-7:30 P.M.
Feedback and participation from the public are imperative in addressing and improving the future of public transportation in our area.
